Administrative Services: Approve agreement with Park Consulting Group, for professional EnerGov System support and enhancement services for term of September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2029, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve release of request for proposals for demolition and site preparation of old Tri-County Juvenile Hall, and authorize Administrative Services to distribute.

Board of Supervisors: Approve reappointments of Shelley Chaussee-Nacin and Kuldip S. Atwal to the Yuba County Assessment Appeals Board No. 2 as an Alternate and a Representative, respectively, to terms ending September 3, 2029.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Approve Budget Workshop meeting minutes of August 5-6, 2026, and meeting minutes of August 11, 2026.

Community Development and Services: Receive notice that Tract Map No. 2019-0003 (Yuba Heritage Estates) has been received by the County Surveyor and is in the process of being routed for final recordation.

Community Development Services: Approve Yuba County Public Works Standard Plans for use in the design and construction of public infrastructure and improvements within the County, with an effective date of August 25, 2026.

Community Development and Services Agency: Authorize Community Development and Services Deputy Director, Jason Kopping, and Administrative Services Officer, Kymberly Matta, to negotiate real property lease with Roger Hsu, Mike Alizadeh, Gilad Abizdris, County of Yuba for 1401 Melody Road, APN: 013-410-112-000, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8.

County Administrator: Approve contract renewal with Hinderliter de Llamas and Associates for sales tax audit, reporting services, and sales tax recovery revenues, and authorize Chair to execute.

County Administrator: Approve Board ratification on the usage of the Yuba County logo showing support on the efforts of League of California Cities, California State Association of Counties (CSAC), and Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC), in rejecting efforts to limit public agency recovery from utility-caused wildfires in the Governor’s proposed wildfire liability reforms as prompted by the SB254 report.

Emergency Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Director, Deputy Director, Operations Manager of Emergency Services, and Emergency Operations Planner to submit an application to the California Strategic Growth Council, for the Community Resilience Centers Program Round 2 grant funding, and further authorizing all to execute any and all documents necessary for the grant activities from 2027 through 2033, upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Health and Human Services: Award contract to Youth for Change for home visiting services program, and approve agreement for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No. 3 to the agreement with Youth for Change for differential response services, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to accept Yuba County’s fiscal year 2026-27 Future of Public Health funding for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and to further execute any and all required documents, upon review and approval of County Counsel.

Health and Human Services: Approve and authorize the award of Agreement to Youth for Change for Supervised Visitation services for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to accept, transfer and administer allocated funds from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), through its Tuberculosis (TB) Control Branch for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, and to execute any and all required documents upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Human Resources: Approve participation in the California Association of Joint Powers Authorities (CAJPA) coalition letter supporting tort reform measures, and authorize County Administrator to sign support letter.

Human Resources: Adopt resolution repealing and amending Resolution No. 2026-52 replacing monthly salary rates with biweekly salary rates for Classification System Basic Salary/Hourly Schedule and Elected Officials Salary Schedule, effective September 1, 2026.

If a party to a hearing before the Yuba County Board of Supervisors seeks to challenge in court a decision of the Board, pursuant to Yuba County Ordinance Code §1.16.070 and California Code of Civil Procedure §1094.6, any application for judicial review of such decision must be filed in the appropriate court not later than the 90th day following the date on which the Board decision was made.
