Health and Human Services: Approve master services agreement with NorthStar-IS, for products and/or services for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, and authorize Chair to execute.

County Administrator: Approve contract with Yuba Applied Research Center (YARC) to provide economic development and grant services to Yuba County, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to apply to the California Department of Public Health for the Oral Health Grant Program for the period of July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030, and to further execute any and all necessary documents, upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Community Development and Services: Ratify change orders 1-4, accept contract No. 2024-2269 system upgrade at multiple locations project as complete, and authorize Director of Public Works to file and record a notice of completion.

Administrative Services: Approve lease extension agreement with Forestwood LLC, for the Scott Center located at 209 6th Street, in Marysville for a term to end June 30, 2027, and authorize Chair to execute.

Board of Supervisors: Approve five (5) appointments to In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee as representatives, Bulah Mays, Marie Vue, Tina Jackson, Doris Luther, and Pamela Hauck with terms ending August 11, 2028.

Community Development and Services: Approve agreement with Mark Thomas, for construction management services for the Olivehurst Roadway Climate Resiliency Project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve ratification of lease agreement with FireDomer Inc., dba FireDome for APN 013-560-031 at the Yuba County Airport to a term ending January 31, 2027.

Administrative Services: Approve professional services agreement with Aspire Painting, Inc., for courthouse exterior paint project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve release of request for proposals for CalWORKs Stage 1 Child Care for Yuba County Health and Human Services Department, and authorize Administrative Services to distribute.

Community Development and Services: Accept Wheeler Ranch Phase 2, Unit 3 (TM 2022-0004) as complete, release Security Bonds, and authorize Public Works Director to file a Notice of Completion.

Board of Supervisors: Approve request from City of Marysville to consolidate the City's General Municipal Election with the November 3, 2026, statewide general election, pursuant to Elections Code §10400 through § 10418.
