Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No.1 to the agreement with Yuba County of Office of Education (YCOE) to provide Cal-Learn Case Management Services for pregnant and parenting teens, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, and authorize Chair to execute.

Probation: Approve memorandum of understanding with Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) to jointly provide services to Yuba County Probation clients, and California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation clients, for the term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, and authorize Chair to execute

Sheriff/Coroner: Approve program participation agreement with California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) for the County-Based Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (CMAA) Program, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve five-year lease agreement with Branden Culp for hangar No. 40 at the Yuba County Airport, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve five-year lease agreement with Justin Bolden for hangar No. 9 at the Yuba County Airport, and authorize Chair to execute.

Board of Supervisors: Approve reappointment of Patricia Agles to Wheatland Cemetery District as a Director to a term ending July 22, 2030.

Health and Human Services: Approve training services agreement with Regents of the UC Davis, including Northern County Health and Human Services (HHS) Directors’ Consortium (NCDC) membership., with an effective date of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing the closeout of Community Development Block Grant No. 17-MITRIP-17011-00018 for the County of Yuba Roadside Fuel Reduction Project, request to disencumber unused funds, and authorize Community Development and Services Agency Director, or designee, to execute and deliver all closeout documents to the Department of Housing and Community Development.

County Administrator: Approve memorandum of understanding with Sutter Yuba Behavioral Health, for Yuba County Analyst Liaison for fiscal year 2026-27, and authorize Chair to execute.

Sheriff-Coroner: Approve agreement with Yuba Water Agency for law enforcement services for the term of May 15, 2026, to September 15, 2026, and authorize Chair to execute.

Clerk Recorder/Elections: Accept the certified Statement of Votes Cast for the June 2, 2026 Direct Primary Election and declare the elected to each office, under the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors, the person having the highest number of votes for that office.

Community Development and Services: Approve letter of consent from Linda County Water District consenting to the annexation of County parcels (APN: 020-133-038; 020-160-036; 020-160-046; 020-160-057) into the Linda County Water District's Service Boundary, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Community Development and Services (CDSA) Director to complete real property sale with Sutter Buttes Properties, LLC for a 2-acre portion of APN: 020-160-046 for the amount of $260,000, and authorize CDSA Director to complete a Lot Line Adjustment, and execute all documents needed to complete escrow.

Human Resources: Adopt resolution adopting in its entirety the Classification System – Basic Salary/Hourly Schedule set forth in “Attachment A”; Yuba County Elected Officials Basic Salary Schedule as set forth in “Attachment B”; and Extra Help Classification System Hourly Schedule as set forth in “Attachment C” effective July 1, 2026

Administrative Services: Approve permanent vehicle assignments pursuant to County Ordinance 2.150.060 and Administrative Policy D-3 Automotive Transportation.

Administrative Services: Approve memorandum of understanding with Yuba County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) for provisions of leasing space at the Yuba County Government Center, and authorize Chair to execute.
