Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with The Salvation Army for the provision of bridge housing services to California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) program recipients, for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Granite Wellness Centers, amending the fees for residential substance use treatment services effective July 1, 2026, and authorize Chair to execute.

Probation: Approve renewal housing agreement with Sonoma County Juvenile Court to provide housing of youth committed to the Maxine Singer Youth Guidance Center when deemed appropriate, and to the extent that such excess accommodations exist, with a term ending June 30, 2029, and authorize Chair to execute.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Adopt resolution continuing the existence of the local emergency related to the Yuba Water Agency Colgate facility penstock failure on February 13, 2026, and continuing the existence of the local emergency until it's termination.

Community Development and Services: Receive notice that Tract Map No. 2022-0009 (Lucero Estates subdivision) has been received by the County Surveyor, and is in the process of being routed for final recordation.

Administrative Services: Adopt resolution authorizing membership participation in PEPPM a cooperative purchasing program, and authorize Administrative Services to execute any and all required documents for participation.

Health and Human Services: Approve memorandum of understanding with Olivehurst Public Utility District (OPUD) for the provision of free swim passes and swim lessons for children aged 6-17, and swim exercise programs through the OPUD Pool, for a term of June 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and authorize Chair to execute.

Any person may speak about any subject of concern, provided it is within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors and is not already on today’s agenda. The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than three minutes. Prior to this time speakers are requested to fill out a “Request to Speak” card and submit it to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.

Auditor/Controller: Approve amendment No. 3 to contract with Rodney Craig Goodman Jr., Certified Public Accountant, for property tax consulting services for the term of December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2029, and authorize Chair to execute. (Five minute estimate)

Board of Supervisors: Approve proposed distribution of District Four (4) District Priority funds to Yuba County Office of Education - Educational Foundation, in the amount of $7,000 from fiscal year 2025-26, and make the finding this curriculum is designed for students to meet their social and science study standards, by developing an understanding and appreciation of the Yuba River, the watershed, and the species who call the watershed their home, Students lock in the learning, because it's experiential and engaging. Board of Supervisors: Approve proposed distribution of District Four (4) District Priority funds to Hegemony Sports MLS Soccer program, in the amount of $1,200 from fiscal year 2025-26, and make the finding that it meets the social needs of the population of the County, this curriculum is designed to increase youth sports in the Plumas Lake area for boys and girls ages 4 to 15, by offering affordable and accessible sports to contribute to the overall positive health and wellness of the children, while also promoting community engagement and a safe environment for families. (Five minute estimate)

Board of Supervisors: Approve proposed distribution of District Two (2) District Priority funds to Yuba-Sutter Transit Authority in the amount of $5,000 from fiscal year 2025-26, and make the finding that it meets the social needs of the population of the County, it removes a barrier to transit use by providing free monthly passes for youth ages five (5) to eighteen (18) to enable access to jobs, services, education, extracurricular activities and recreational pursuits, this will enhance the quality of life for area youth. If a party to a hearing before the Yuba County Board of Supervisors seeks to challenge in court a decision of the Board, pursuant to Yuba County Ordinance Code §1.16.070 and California Code of Civil Procedure §1094.6, any application for judicial review of such decision must be filed in the appropriate court not later than the 90th day following the date on which the Board decision was made.
