Health and Human Services: Approve memorandum of understanding with Yuba County Office of Education for the provision of community opioid prevention and intervention, for a term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028, and authorize Chair to execute.

Probation: Approve renewal housing agreement with Calaveras County Juvenile Court to provide housing of youth committed to the Maxine Singer Youth Guidance Center when deemed appropriate, and to the extent that such excess accommodations exist, with a term to end of June 30, 2029, and authorize Chair to execute.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Approve presenting proclamation to Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health (SYBH) honoring May 2026 as National Mental Health Awareness Month, and authorize Chair to execute.

Board of Supervisors: Approve letter of support of Assembly Bill 2705 which establishes consumer protections and simplifies the process for interested parties to receive excess proceeds from the sale of tax-defaulted property.

Agricultural Commissioner: Approve letter of opposition of Senate Bill 1327 regarding regulation of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment, and authorize Chair to execute.

Human Resources: Approve amendment to the joint powers agreement with Public Risk Innovation, Solutions, and Management (PRISM), and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve declaring missing inventory as fully depreciated, and authorize Auditor-Controller to remove from Capital Asset Listings upon documentation and confirmation from Purchasing Agent pursuant to Ordinance Code Title 2 Section 2.50.060.

Administrative Services: Approve amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Pride Industries, increasing the contract fee to $134,363.89, modifying the fee schedule, and extending the term to January 14, 2027, and authorize Chair to execute.

The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than three minutes. Board of Supervisors: Approve proposed distribution of District One (1) District Priority funds to Yuba County First Five Children and Families Commission in the amount of $10,000 from fiscal year 2025-26, and make the finding that it meets the social needs of the population of the County, promoting public health and oral health education of school children. This plays a critical role in development, nutrition, speech and long-term health outcomes, laying the foundation for lifelong oral hygiene habits and also provides a unique partnership among Marysville Joint Unified School District, Peach Tree Health to deliver comprehensive dental services directly on elementary school campuses. Board of Supervisors: Approve proposed distribution of District Two (2) District Priority funds to Yuba County Museum of History in the amount of $5,000 from fiscal year 2025-26, and make the finding that it meets the social needs of the population of the County, preserves history, provides educational opportunities, and promotes tourism through attracting visitors to the area. Board of Supervisors: Approve proposed distribution of District Three (3) District Priority funds to 530 Recovery and Everything Off Road Inc. in the amount of $1,000 from fiscal year 2025-26, and make the finding that it meets the social needs of the population of the County, by preserving overall cleanliness and well-being on the fire trails, 7th Ave and McGowan Parkway in Olivehurst, Plumas-Arboga Rd, along the Feather River bottoms, this plays a critical role in the community by keeping the land clean, engaging the community in maintaining clean and accessible rivers, trails and surrounding areas, by fostering positive impacts and change within our communities.
