Sheriff/Coroner: Approve agreement with County of Santa Cruz for the County-Based Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (CMAA), and Targeted Case Management (TCM) Programs, from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Declare surplus items as fully depreciated and authorize Auditor-Controller to remove from Capital Asset Listing pursuant to Ordinance Title 2 Section 2.50.060.

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to submit application to the State of California Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) for the Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Program grant; and to enter into agreement with OTS for the period of October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 and to execute any and all necessary documents required by the grant upon approval of County Counsel.

Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters: Adopt resolution appointing Wayne Bishop to Yuba County Water Agency as a special district director in lieu of election for the June 2, 2026 Primary Election per Elections Code § 10515.

Sheriff-Coroner: Approve agreement with United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration to provide law enforcement services relating to the eradication and suppression of illicit marijuana, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve application for floodplain development variance for agricultural structure planned at 10204 CA-70, Marysville, CA APN 005-010-043, per Yuba County Ordinance Code 10.30.090.

Community Development and Services: Approve professional services agreement with Dewberry Engineers Inc, for the Climate Action & Adaptation Plan, and authorize Chair to execute.

Sheriff-Coroner: Approve amendment No. 2 to the professional services agreement with Charles Kattuah, DDS, for dental services at the Yuba County Jail, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Award contract to the apparent low, responsive, and responsible bidder, Olympic Land-Construction Inc., for the Friendship Park Beautification Project, and authorize Chair to execute upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No.1to the agreement with Yuba County Office of Education, Marysville Joint Unified School District, and Peach Tree Health, for the provision of school-based wellness centers for a term of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Director of Public Works, or designee, to submit application for Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) funds under the System Preservation Program for "Loma Rica Road Rehabilitation Project".

Community Development and Services: Accept Wheeler Ranch Phase 2, Unit 2 (TM 2022-0003) as complete, release Security Bonds, and authorize Public Works Director to file a Notice of Completion.

Community Development and Services: Accept Woodside Village 3A (TM 2005-0012) as complete, release Security Bonds and authorize the Public Works Director to file a Notice of Completion.

Community Development and Services: Declare items as stolen or transferred property, and authorize disposal pursuant to Ordinance Code 2.50.060, and direct Auditor-Controller to remove surplus equipment from Capital Asset listing upon receipt of disposal form.
