Community Development and Services: Approve professional service agreements for On-Call Engineering Design with GHD Inc., MGE Engineering, Inc., and Mark Thomas & Company Inc., for a variety of capital improvement projects and other related projects, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve memorandum of understanding between Yuba County Health and Human Services Department (HHSD), Yuba County Probation Department (Probation), and Sutter County Health and Human Services Department (SCHHSD) to retain and provide oversight of a qualified provider of regional Family Urgent Response System (FURS) services, for the term of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, and authorize Chair to execute.
