Clerk of the Board: Approve and ratify the Chair's signature on the support letter for the interconnection agreement needed to advance the Camptonville Woody Biomass Energy Project.

Probation: Authorize hiring John Cammack for the position of Corrections Food Services Supervisor at salary step 7 with a 1.30 Salary Index Rate.

Board of Supervisors: Approve reappointment of James Sr. Cramer to Peoria Cemetery District as a Director to a term ending December 14, 2029.

Probation: Approve master services agreement with CognisenseAI, Inc., dba Cognisen, to provide artificial intelligence (AI) tools and services, and authorize Chair to execute.

District Attorney: Approve amendment No.1 to the agreement with LexisNexis, increasing the number of users to 15, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve professional services agreement with Yuba Sutter Economic Development Corporation to manage and administer Yuba County's Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) allocated funds, for the term of January 1, 2026, through January 1, 2031, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve and ratify contract change order No. 1 for the Yuba County Airport Signs Project, and accept the project as complete.

Administrative Services: Approve amendment to the lease agreement dated August 4, 2024, for property located at 118 & 120 5th Street in Marysville, for use as the TEAM Center, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Ratify change order No.'s 1-2, accept Contract No. 2025-2271 Loma Rica Road and South Beale Road State of Good Repair Project as complete, and authorize Director of Public Works to file and record a Notice of Completion.

Administrative Services: Approve permanent easement deed with Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) for undergrounding project located at 15294 Cleveland Ave., Camptonville, California, APN 064-142-001-000, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve agreement with Dokken Engineering for professional engineering and construction support services for the Forty Mile Road Shared Use Path project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve public interest finding and award agreement with CP Brady Consulting for on-call engineering management services, and authorize Chair to execute.
