Health and Human Services: Adopt resolutions authorizing Health and Human Services Director to apply to California Department of Housing and Community Development for the Transitional Housing Program (THP) Round 7 allocation, and the Housing Navigation and Maintenance Program (HNMP) Round 4 allocation, from July 1, 2025 through October 31, 2028, and to execute any and all related documents, upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Treasurer and Tax Collector: Approve the sale of tax-defaulted properties at public auction via internet in accordance with Chapter 7 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code (CA RTC).

Board of Supervisors: Appoint Eric Mortenson to Yuba County Planning Commission as District 3 Representative for a term ending January 9, 2029.

Probation: Approve memorandum of understanding with Peach Tree Healthcare to provide in-house mental health treatment services for adult probationers, for the term of September 1, 2025 through September 1, 2028, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve memorandum of understanding with Yuba County Office of Education to provide California Children’s services (CCS) physical therapy at the CCS Medical Therapy Unit, from November 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027, and authorize Chair to execute.

Sheriff-Coroner: Approve agreement with Sutter Buttes Communications for law enforcement vehicle equipment installation services, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with County of Sacramento to provide public health tuberculosis services for the term of October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2027, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution ratifying County Administrator signature on certificate of consistency consolidation plan form (HUD-2991), for Yuba-Sutter Habitat for Humanity's application for the continuum of Care Builds (CoC Builds) for fiscal year 2025, and further authorizing Community and Development Services Director, or designee, to further execute any and all related documents upon review and approval of County Counsel.
