Sheriff-Coroner: Approve amendment No. 1 to the contract with Placer County for pathology services extending the term from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026, and authorize Chair to execute.

Sheriff-Coroner: Receive and review inmate welfare expenditure summary for Fiscal Year 2024-25 pursuant to Penal Code §4025 (e).

Health and Human Services: Approve agreements with Granite Wellness Centers, Archway Recovery Services, Inc., Elijah House Foundation,and Progress House, Inc. for residential substance use and/or detoxification treatment services for a term of September 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve five-year lease agreement with Gregory Garcia for hangar No. 33 at the Yuba County Airport, and authorize Chair to execute.
