Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Approve appointment of David House to Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health Advisory Board as Consumer Representative with a term ending June 30, 2027.

Board of Supervisors: Appoint to South Yuba Water District, Gerald Norene, Morrison Graf, John Dominique Belza as Directors to a four year term in lieu of election pursuant to Elections Code §10515(a)(3).

Probation: Approve memorandum of understanding with Sutter County Health and Human Services to receive Providing Access and Transforming Health Justice Involved (PATH JI) Round 3 funding in the amount of $296,130, to provide Medi-Cal pre-release services under the CalAIM JI Initiative, and authorize Chair to execute.

District Attorney: Authorize hiring Adam Seraphin for the position of Deputy District Attorney III at the 1.30 Salary Index Rate.

Community Development and Services: Approve five-year lease agreement with Nikolas Beisert, for hangar No. 7 at the Yuba County Airport, and authorize Chair to execute.

Human Resources: Adopt resolution adopting Department Position Allocation Schedule (DPA) in its entirety for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, effective July 1, 2025.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing the County to purchase a portion of APN 019-230-077; and authorize the Public Works Director to complete the purchase of the subject portion of APN 019-230-077 for construction of future phases and projects from the South Yuba Drainage Master Plan, including any and all necessary documents upon review and approval of County Counsel.
