Probation: Approve memorandum of understanding with Sacramento County Office of Education to provide joint reentry services for both Yuba County Probation and California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation clients, and authorize Chair to execute.

Probation: Approve agreement with Midvalley Recovery Facilities dba Pathways, for alcohol and drug rehabilitation services, for the term of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028, and authorize Chair to execute.

Board of Supervisors: Approve appointment of Marlene Bertrand to Yuba County Commission on Aging as an At-Large Representative, with a term ending date of June 23, 2027.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution confirming the report of delinquent solid waste charges, and order of assessment to be placed on the property tax roll for fiscal year 2025-26.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Approve meeting minutes of July 8, 2025.

Administrative Services: Declare items as surplus property, fully depreciated, and authorize disposal pursuant to Ordinance Code Title 2 Section 2.50.060, and direct Auditor-Controller to remove surplus items from Capital Asset listing upon receipt of disposal from Purchasing Agent.

Administrative Services: Approve release of request for proposals to upgrade the audio/video system in the Yuba County Board of Supervisors Chambers, and authorize Administrative Services to distribute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing application for the Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) Competitive Component Standard agreement, and delegating authority to Community Development and Services Director, or designee, to execute any and all necessary documents, upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Human Resources: Approve memorandum of understanding with Yuba County Deputy Sheriffs' Association (DSA) for a term of August 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027, and authorize Chair to execute; and adopt resolution amending Resolution No. 2025-049 Basic Salary/Hourly Schedule and Extra Help Hourly Schedule as they relate to DSA contractual agreement, effective August 1, 2025.
