Sheriff-Coroner: Approve memorandum of understanding with Yuba County Office of Education to provide educational programs for male and female inmates at Yuba County Jail for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with Yuba County Office of Education for the provision of employment services, assessments, and youth paid work experience, for the term of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2028, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Receive notice that Tract Map No. 2022-0003 (Wheeler Ranch Phase 2 Unit 2) has been received by the County Surveyor, and is in the process of being reviewed for final approval and recordation.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Approve appointment of Susan Fleming to Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health Advisory Board as a Family Representative with a term ending June 30, 2027.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Approve meeting minutes of June 24, 2025.

Community Development Services: Approve amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Dokken Engineering for additional professional engineering services for the West Linda Comprehensive Safe Routes to School Project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve permanent vehicle assignments pursuant to County Ordinance 2.150.060 and Administrative Policy D-3 Automotive Transportation.

Community Development and Services: Ratify contract change order No.1, and accept contract No. 2024-2260 for the Old Dobbins Road and La Porte Road Striping Project as complete, and authorize Public Works Director to file and record Notice of Completion.

Board of Supervisors: Approve support letter regarding California's Fix our Forests Act (FOFA), and authorize Chair to execute.

Human Resources: Adopt resolution adopting in its entirety the Classification System – Basic Salary/Hourly Schedule, County Elected Officials Basic Salary Schedule, and Extra Help Hourly Schedule in its entirety effective July 1, 2025.

PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS

Any person may speak about any subject of concern, provided it is within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors and is not already on today’s agenda. The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than three minutes. Prior to this time speakers are requested to fill out a “Request to Speak” card and submit it to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.

If you challenge in court the action or decision of the Yuba County Board of Supervisors regarding a zoning, planning, land use or environmental protection matter made at any hearing described in this notice, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at such hearing, or in written correspondence delivered to the Yuba County Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, such hearing. Public comments will be limited to three minutes per individual or group.
