Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with Adventist Health and Rideout for the Enrollment Specialist position, for the term of March 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve service agreement with Northwoods Consulting Partners, Inc. (Northwoods) for traverse electronic document and forms management software, for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution certifying 2024 Maintained Mileage of the Yuba County Road Network.

Community Development and Services: Receive notice that tract map No. 2021-0011, Draper Ranch North Phase 3, has been received by the County Surveyor and is in the process of being reviewed for final map approval, per Yuba County Development Code §11.41.050.

Administrative Services: Approve contract change orders No's. 1-9 for the Library Renovation Project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution accepting the California Department of Housing and Community Development annual progress report reflecting the Yuba County General Plan and housing element, in compliance with Government Code §65400.

Administrative Services: Approve the purchase and installation of an air handling unit (AHU) at the Yuba County Jail Booking Area by reallocating $200,000.00 of Measure K Funds previously approved for the purchase of AHU F and Jail Booster Pumps at the Yuba County Jail.

Administrative Services: Declare items as surplus property, fully depreciated and authorize disposal pursuant to Ordinance Code Title 2 Section 2.50.060. Direct Auditor-Controller to remove surplus items from Capital Asset listing upon documentation of disposal from Purchasing Agent.

Community Development and Services: Approve plans, specifications, and estimate, and authorize advertisement for bids for the River Highlands/Gold Village Groundwater Improvement Project - Phase II, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution assigning remaining portion of Northpoint Village 1 and all of Northpoint Village 2 into CSA 66 - Zone of Benefit E, setting annual assessment rate of $709.80 beginning fiscal year 2024-2025, and authorize Director of Public Works to send a certified copy of the executed resolution to the State Board of Equalization with any additional documents pursuant to Government Code Section 54901.

The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than three minutes. Prior to this time speakers are requested to fill out a “Request to Speak” card and submit it to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
