Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with Fiscal Experts, Inc. for continued access to the Time Study Buddy Platform, and authorize Chair to execute.

Board of Supervisors: Approve appointment of Peggy DeHaan to Yuba County Commission on Aging as a District 2 Representative to a term ending January 8, 2029.

Human Resources: Approve amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Kaufman Therapy for wellness and mental health services for Yuba County safety employees, and authorize Chair to execute.

Probation: Adopt resolution declaring April 6th – April 12th, 2025 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Approve the appointment of Bruce Adams to Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health advisory Board as an At-Large Representative with a term ending June 30, 2026.

Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters: Adopt resolution authorizing Clerk/Recorder-Registrar of Voters to enter into agreement with the California Secretary of State for HAVA funds to enhance election technology, make election security improvements, and authorize Clerk/Recorder-Registrar of Voters to execute any and all necessary documents as required by the grant.

Community Development and Services: Receive notice that tract map No. 2022-0005, Wheeler Ranch Phase 2 Unit 4, has been received by the County Surveyor and is in the process of being reviewed for final map approval, per Yuba County Development Code §11.41.050.

Administrative Services: Adopt resolution authorizing participation in the membership of the Virginia Sheriffs' Association First Responder Supplies and Equipment Procurement Program, and approve master cooperative purchasing agreement, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve plans, specifications, and estimate, and authorize advertisement for bids for the 2025 County Service Area 66 resurfacing project.

County Administrator: Approve letters of support for Senate Bill 547 – Commercial Property Insurance Protections, and support for Senate Bill 616 (2025) – Community Hardening Commission: Wildfire Mitigation Program.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Approve meeting minutes of March 25, 2025.

Administrative Services: Approve release of request for proposals for the Government Center EV Charging Stations Project, and direct Administrative Services staff to distribute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution approving the Gledhill Landscaping and Lighting District engineer's report and declaring intent to levy and collect assessments for fiscal year 2025-2026.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution amending the River Highlands Community Service District Water and Sewer Shutoff Policy, and authorize staff to execute and deliver any and all documents as required. (Land use Committee recommends approval)

Clerk of the Board: Approve certification and agreement of the Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) for the five (5) Fire Protection Districts of the Yuba County Foothills, and authorize Chair and Vice Chair to execute.

Any person may speak about any subject of concern, provided it is within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors and is not already on today’s agenda. The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than three minutes. Prior to this time speakers are requested to fill out a “Request to Speak” card and submit it to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.

If a party to a hearing before the Yuba County Board of Supervisors seeks to challenge in court a decision of the Board, pursuant to Yuba County Ordinance Code §1.16.070 and California Code of Civil Procedure §1094.6, any application for judicial review of such decision must be filed in the appropriate court not later than the 90th day following the date on which the Board decision was made.
