Agricultural Commissioner: Adopt resolution authorizing Agricultural Commissioner to execute specific contracts, agreements, grants, memorandum of understanding, and multi-year agreements for fiscal year 2025/2026, upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Health and Human Services: Approve memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Yuba County Health and Human Services Department (YCHHSD), Yuba County Probation Department (Probation), and Sutter County Health and Human Services Department (SCHHSD) to retain and provide oversight of a qualified provider of regional Family Urgent Response System (FURS) services for the term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve memorandum of understanding with Trukidz to provide one ten-by-ten storage unit for hygiene kit supplies for students in Yuba County schools, for the term of February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No. 1 with Fremont-Rideout Foundation for scholarships for Yuba County residents enrolled in an accredited medical education program, for the term of January 1, 2024 through July 31, 2026, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve lease agreement with Yuba-Sutter Transit Authority at the Yuba County Airport, for lots No. 19 and 20, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve agreement with Habitat for Humanity for the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program to allow for an extension of time from January 1, 2025 through July 31,2025 for rehabilitation of a minimum of twenty owner occupied homes, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve five-year lease agreement with Steven Black, for hangar 50 at the Yuba County Airport, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve five-year lease agreement with Bart Murray, for hangar 24 at the Yuba County Airport, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing the closeout of Community Development Block Grant No. 17-MITPPS-21034 for the County of Yuba High Visibility Striping and Pull-outs feasibility analysis, request to disencumber unused funds, and authorize Community Development and Services Agency Director, or designee, to execute and deliver all closeout documents to the Department of Housing and Community Development.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution assigning territory to County Service Area No 66 Zone of Benefit F, Ross Ranch, and Imposing an Assessment.

Community Development and Services: Award contract to the apparent low, responsive, and responsible bidder, Greentek Services, LLC , for the Roadside Fuel Reduction Project, and authorize Chair to execute upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Community Development and Services: Approve a one (1) year extension letter to the professional service agreement with Elite Service Experts for the 2023 Yuba County Park and Landscape Maintenance Agreement extending the term from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, and authorize Chair to execute.
