Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to enter into memorandum of understanding with North Central Counties Consortium (NCCC) regarding the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, for the term of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, and to execute any and all further documents upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Board of Supervisors: Approve the following Sutter County appointments to Feather River Air Quality Management District Board of Directors for 2025, per Health and Safety Code section 40152 (b), Sutter County Supervisors Karm Bains and Dan Flores, and Mike Ziegenmeyer as an alternate.

Administrative Services: Declare items as surplus property and fully depreciated pursuant to Ordinance Code 2.50.060, and direct Auditor Controller to remove surplus items from Capital Asset listing upon receipt of disposal from Purchasing Agent.

Board of Supervisors: Adopt resolution in support of recognizing Yuba Sutter Food Policy Council (YSFPC) as a valuable organization in promoting access to healthy, fresh foods for all community members. (10 minute estimate)
