Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to submit a Director’s Certification and other required documents for Yuba County’s Housing and Disability Advocacy Program (HDAP) for fiscal year 2024-25 Noncompetitive Allocation funding plus fiscal year 2021-22 Redistributed Allocation funding and any subsequent funds allocated, and to execute any and all documents as required by the certification and the resultant allocations for the term of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, and to accept, transfer and administer all (HDAP) funds and any subsequent funds allocated, upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Sheriff-Coroner: Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Charles Kattuah, DDS for dental services at the Yuba County Jail, and authorize Chair to execute.

Sheriff-Coroner: Approve amendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with Corrections Technology Group, LLC, for sliding door maintenance at the Yuba County Jail, and authorize Chair to execute.

Board of Supervisors: Approve reappointment of Louise Muncaster as a District Three Representative on the Yuba County Planning Commission to a term ending January 9, 2029.

Board of Supervisors: Approve reappointment of Kelly D. McNally as a District Four Representative on the Yuba County Planning Commission to a term ending January 9, 2029.

Community Development and Services: Ratify Change Order Nos.1-2 for the Communications Tower Design and Build at the Yuba County Maintenance Yard located on Skyway Drive and accept Contract No. 2021-8031.3 as complete, and authorize Public Works Director to sign and file a Notice of Completion.

Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with Youth for Change, for home visiting program services for families receiving California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) benefits for a term if July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026, and authorize Chair to execute.

Board of Supervisors: Approve appointment of Jacob Edwards to Yuba County Historic Resource Commission as a District One Representative to a term ending January 4, 2027.

Administrative Services: Approve amendment 2 to the professional services agreement with 3QC, Inc., for the Medical and Mental Health Facility Project extending the term date to December 31, 2025, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve release of request for proposals for the Government Center Automatic Door Replacement Project, and authorize Administrative Services to distribute.

Administrative Services: Approve amendment No. 3 to Declaration of Restrictions of the Reciprocal Easement agreement to permit operation of a recreational or entertainment facility on Parcel 3, and authorize Chair to execute.
