Community Development and Services: Approve a "Program for Public Information" (PPI) as part of Yuba County's floodplain management efforts and a component of the Community Rating System (CRS).

Administrative Services: Adopt resolution in support of Operation Green Light for the week of November 4th through November 11th, 2024.

Community Development and Services: Approve amendment No. 3 to the agreement with Gallaway Enterprises, Inc. for environmental services for the Waldo Road Bridge Replacement Project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve settlement agreement and release with Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) for a global settlement of $120,972.82 due to the six (6) week utility delays and increased consumer price index (CPI) rates for the property located at 215 5th Street in Marysville, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Appoint Community Development and Services Director Mike Lee and Public Works Director Samuel Bunton as real property negotiators pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 for APN 016-040-049 and APN 016-040-051.

Any person may speak about any subject of concern, provided it is within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors and is not already on today’s agenda. The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than three minutes. Prior to this time speakers are requested to fill out a “Request to Speak” card and submit it to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.

Administrative Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Director of Administrative Services to complete purchase of APN 010-245-017, and approve associated budget adjustment in the amount of $1,100,000. (Five minute estimate)

Board of Supervisors: Appoint two representatives to the Measure K Citizen's Oversight Committee as Representatives, for a term ending September 24, 2026. Five applications have been received from Doug Lofton, Adam Smith, Norma Albertson, Pamela Warmack and Randy Mitchell. (Five minute estimate)

District Attorney/Sheriff-Coroner: Adopt resolution in support of Proposition 36 which allows felony charges, and increases sentences for certain drug and theft crimes. (10 minute estimate)

Board of Supervisors: Recommend nomination of representative and alternate to California State Association of Counties (CSAC) Board of Directors for 2024-25. (Five minute estimate)

Sheriff-Coroner: Approve agreement with Yuba Community College District to provide supplemental law enforcement services at Yuba Community College District for fiscal year 2024-2025, and authorize Chair to execute. (Five minute estimate)

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution amending Resolution No. 2024-060 for requested changes by the California State Department of Housing and Community Development pertaining to the County of Yuba Public Services-Audible Fire Alarm/Siren Network project into a Planning Project, and authorize Community Development and Services Director to execute any and all necessary related documents upon the review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.
