Probation: Approve agreement with Yuba County Office of Education at Thomas E. Matthews Community School, to employ one Deputy Probation Officer in the Probation and Schools Success Program (PASS), effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, and authorize Chair to execute.

Auditor-Controller: Adopt resolution authorizing Auditor-Controller to sign a contract with MGT of America for consulting services related to the preparation and filing of the County's Cost Allocation Plan and Mandated Cost claims, and the option to extend upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services to enter into an amendment to the agreement with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) for Agency Adoption Services for the period of July 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025, and authorize Chair to execute.

Board of Supervisors: Approve the reappointment of Ruth Mikkelsen to Browns Valley Cemetery District as Director to a term ending August 22, 2028.

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to accept and administer funds allocated by California Department of Social Services (CDSS) for the California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) Housing Support Program (HSP) for FY 2024-25, and to execute any and all necessary documents upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.
