Probation: Approve agreement with Yuba County Office of Education at Thomas E. Matthews Community School, to employ one Deputy Probation Officer in the Probation and Schools Success Program (PASS), effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, and authorize Chair to execute.

Auditor-Controller: Adopt resolution authorizing Auditor-Controller to sign a contract with MGT of America for consulting services related to the preparation and filing of the County's Cost Allocation Plan and Mandated Cost claims, and the option to extend upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services to enter into an amendment to the agreement with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) for Agency Adoption Services for the period of July 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025, and authorize Chair to execute.

Board of Supervisors: Approve the reappointment of Ruth Mikkelsen to Browns Valley Cemetery District as Director to a term ending August 22, 2028.

Board of Supervisors: Approve request from Wheatland Union High School District Board of Trustees ordering a School Bond Election authorizing three (3) separate actions in consolidation with the General Election to be held on November 5, 2024 pursuant to Elections Code Section 10403.

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to accept and administer funds allocated by California Department of Social Services (CDSS) for the California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) Housing Support Program (HSP) for FY 2024-25, and to execute any and all necessary documents upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Health and Human Services: Approve Medi-Cal Privacy and Security agreement with Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to ensure the privacy and security of Medi-Cal Personally Identifiable Information (Medi-Cal PII), for a term of September 1, 2024, through September 1, 2028, and authorize Chair to execute.

Human Resources: Approve amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, for general legal counsel, and authorize Chair to execute.

Board of Supervisors: Approve request from Plumas Lake Elementary School District ordering a School Bond Election authorizing three (3) separate actions in consolidation with the General Election to be held on November 5, 2024 pursuant to Elections Code Section 10403.

Clerk Recorder/Registrar of Voters: Adopt resolution ordering consolidation of elections for the November 5, 2024 Presidential General Election.

Administrative Services: Approve professional services agreement with Tyrrell Resources, Inc. for vegetation removal and clean up on Hammonton-Smartsville Road, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve professional services agreement with Paymentech, LLC also known as Chase Merchant Services (CMS) for itself and on behalf of JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. (Chase) for payment processing services initiated by a card, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve release of request for proposals for Landscaping Services for Yuba County Facilities, and authorize Administrative Services to distribute.

Administrative Services: Adopt resolution authorizing membership participation in the Equalis Group, LLC. cooperative purchasing program, and authorize Chair to execute master intergovernmental cooperative purchasing agreement.

Administrative Services: Approve release of request for proposals for Fire Extinguisher Inspection and Maintenance Services, and authorize Administrative Services to distribute.

Administrative Services: Approve release of Invitation for Bids for Pest Control Services for Yuba County Facilities., and authorize Administrative Services to distribute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Public Works Director to execute a restricted grant agreement for funding under the California Sustainable Transportation Planning Grant, and to execute all associated documents upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Administrative Services: Approve agreement with APIC Consulting Services, Inc. for developing an infectious disease and emergency response plan for Yuba County Health and Human Services, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community and Development Services: Approve agreement with Dewberry Engineers Inc. for professional engineering and construction support services for the Linda Ave. and Dunning Ave. Safe Routes to School Project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve agreement with Sutter Butte Flood Control Agency for the Star Bend Boat Ramp Sediment Removal Project, and authorize the Chair to execute.
