Sheriff-Coroner: Approve memorandum of understanding with City of Wheatland regarding access to the RIMS Public Safety System Software, and authorize Chair to execute.

Probation: Approve memorandum of understanding with First 5 Yuba County Children 0-5 & Family Support Services to provide Probation Clients programming and education to enhance the early growth experiences of their children for the term July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, and authorize Chair to execute.

Human Resources: Approve revised Extra Help and Reserve Paid Sick Leave Policy in accordance with SB 616, Protected Sick Leave.

Health and Human Services: Approve budget adjustment request form in the amount of $11,000. decreasing from account number 100-5200-451-0101 (Salaries) to account number 100-5200-451-6300 (Equipment) for the replacement of Water & Ice Filtration Dispenser.

Community Development and Services: Approve Public Interest Finding and award contract to TJKM Transportation Consultants for engineering and construction support services for the HSIP Cycle 11 Signal System Upgrade Project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters: Approve budget adjustment request form for revenue and expenditure appropriation changes from various accounts.

Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No. 1 with Northwoods Consulting Partners, Inc. for Traverse® Connect software for the term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve agreement with Frank Webb Construction, Inc to install new fencing and gates at Animal Care Services Facility, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with Youth for Change for the provision of the California Home Visiting Program to serve families referred from Yuba County’s Public Health Maternal Child and Adolescent Health (MCAH) program for the period of November 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Ratify change order No.'s 1 and 2, accept Contract No. 2021-8092 Public Works Loma Rica Maintenance Yard Project as complete, and authorize Public Works Director to file and record a Notice of Completion.
