Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with Bi-County Ambulance Service, Inc. for ambulance services for the indigent population of Yuba County for the term of January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to accept funds allocated by the California Department of Public Health for the Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Prevention and Collaboration allocation for period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026, and to execute any and all related documents upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No. 1 to the agreements with Granite Wellness Centers and Progress House, Inc. for Child and Adult Protective Services (CAPS), California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) clients, and residential substance use and detoxification treatment for Public Health clients; Midvalley Recovery Facilities, Inc. dba Pathways for Child and Adult Protective Services (CAPS), and authorize Chair to execute.

County Administrator: Approve amendment No. 3 to the funding agreement relating to Yuba Levee Financing Authority Bonds, and authorize Chair to execute.

Probation: Authorize budget adjustment in the amount of $82,064.00 from account No. 108-3000-372-9901 to account No. 108-3000-423-1800 to repair and safeguard the insulation in the gymnasium located in the Camp Arena.

Community Development and Services: Receive notice that Final Map for Garden Subdivision (TM2021-0007) has been received by the County Surveyor and is in the process of being reviewed for final approval and recordation.

Community Development and Services: Authorize Auditor-Controller to disburse $1,188,380.81 in Measure D funds less administrative fees from Fund 807, to County Treasurer, County Road Fund (Fund 102), City of Marysville, and City of Wheatland using previously determined formulas.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution vacating a portion of the west side of Merriam Road containing a private well, reserving therefrom a public services easement, and authorize Chair to execute quitclaim deed to Daniel C. Battista and Mary R. Battista, Trustees of the Daniel & Mary Battista Family Trust 2023.

Sheriff-Coroner: Approve amendment No. 2 with Sun Ridge Systems Inc. for software and services agreement 901639, and authorize Chair to execute.
