Probation: Approve mid-year budget adjustment request form to decrease and increase various accounts within Probation/Juvenile Hall.

Probation: Approve (agreement or MOU) with Sonoma County to provide housing of youth committed to Tri-County Youth Rehabilitation Campus/Maxine Singer Youth Guidance Center when deemed appropriate and to the extent that such excess accommodations exist, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve agreement with WalkSacramento, dba Civic Thread for public engagement services regarding the Friendship Park Beautification Project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution declaring the existence of unmet transit needs in Yuba County, and authorizing Public Works Director to execute and submit the annual Transportation Claim for fiscal year 2023-2024.

Board of Supervisors: Approve reappointment of five (5) representatives to the First Five Yuba Commission, Matt Ricardy, Melissa Shaw, Rob Gregor, Sally Sokoloski, and Jamie Bartolome as Yuba County Chief Probation Officer, Designee by Director of Public Health, Yuba County Office of Education Superintendent, Categorial Representative, and Management Designee, respectively, for a term ending April 26, 2027.

The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than three minutes. Probation: Adopt resolution declaring April 21st - April 27th, 2024 National Crime Victims Rights Week, and allow Probation Department, Victim Services unit to honor local law enforcement, District Attorney, and Probation Department staff for outstanding services to crime victims of Yuba County.
