Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to enter into an agreement with California Department of Social Services (CDSS) for case review and first-level quality assurance from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2029, and to execute any and all related documents upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Community Development and Services: Approve amendment No. 1 to the memorandum of understanding with Marysville Joint Unified School District for the Cedar Lane Safe Routes to School project.

Health and Human Services: Approve sole source justification request for Bi-County Ambulance Service, Inc. for ambulance services for the indigent population of Yuba County.

Community Development and Services: Approve amendment No. 1 to the contractor services agreement with St. Francis Electric, for County Traffic Signal Maintenance, and authorize the Chair to execute.

Yuba-Sutter Economic Development Corporation: Adopt resolution approving the 2023 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Annual Performance Report and updates to Appendices I, IV, and V.
