Sheriff-Coroner: Approve amendment No.1 to agreement No. 901639 with Sun Ridge Systems, Inc., and authorize Chair to execute; Approve budget adjustment request increasing account 108-2700-422-27-00 (Minor Equipment) by $18,400., and decreasing account 108-2700-422-63-40 (IT Software) by $18,400.

Agricultural Commissioner Weights and Measures: Adopt resolution authorizing Agricultural Commissioner to execute specific contracts, agreements, grants, memorandum of understanding, and multi-year agreements for fiscal year 2024-2025, upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Administrative Services: Authorize release of request for proposals for the tenant improvements at the Day Reporting Center Shop, and authorize Administrative Services to distribute.

Community Development and Services: Approve plans, specifications, and estimate for the Pendola Extension Project, and authorize the advertisement for bids with a tentative bid opening date in March 2024.

Community Development and Services: Award contract to the apparent low, responsive, and responsible bidder, All-American Construction Inc., for the Plumas Lake Bike Path Project, and authorize Chair to execute upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than three minutes. Prior to this time speakers are requested to fill out a “Request to Speak” card and submit it to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
