Community Development and Services: Ratify Change Orders 19-21 and accept North Beale Road Complete Streets Phase II Project as complete, and authorize Public Works Director to release the Performance Bond, file and record Notice of Completion.

Treasurer and Tax Collector: Approve the sale of tax-defaulted properties at public auction via internet in accordance with Chapter 7 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code (CA RTC).

Human Resources: Adopt resolutions amending Resolution No. 2023-057 Classification System - Basic Salary/Hourly Schedule, pertaining to Contract and Purchasing Supervisor; and amending Resolution No. 2023-072, Department Position Allocation Schedule as it relates to Administrative Services Department, effective December 1, 2023.

Community Development and Services: Receive notice that Final Map Nos. 2006-0035 and 2006-0037 (Rio del Oro Villages 17 & 19) have been received by the County Surveyor and are in the process of being reviewed for final map approval, per Yuba County Development Code §11.41.050.

Community Development and Services: Approve Public Interest Finding (PIF), and award contract to Dokken Engineering, Inc., for the Non-Infrastructure component of the Cedar Lane Safe Routes to School Improvements Project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Ratify Change Orders 1-7 and accept Contract No. 2022-4218 Feather River Blvd and North Beale Road Drainage Improvement Project as complete and authorize Public Works Director to sign and record Notice of Completion
