Board of Supervisors: Appoint Brent Hastey and Jared Hastey to Reclamation District 784 as Trustees to a four year term ending in 2027, in lieu of election pursuant to Water Code sections 50740, 50741, and 50742.

Health and Human Services: Approve memorandum of understanding between participating community partners for Commercially Sexually Exploited Children/Youth (CSEC/Y) program, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve memorandum of understanding with Beale Air Force Base (AFB), to establish a cooperative working relationship in the reporting, investigating, treatment, and case management of child abuse and neglect cases involving military families residing on or off Beale AFB, for a period of three years, and authorize the Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Authorize release of request for proposals (RFP) for affordable multifamily rental housing development in the amount of $1,204,172 comprised of 2020 Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) and Prohousing Incentive Pilot Program (PIP) funds.

Clerk Recorder/Elections: Adopt resolution authorizing elections office to not print the list of proponents and opponents of local measures on the ballot Pursuant to Elections Code section 9170(d).

Community Development and Services: Approve baseline agreement with California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for West Linda Comprehensive Safe Routes to School project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services Agency: Authorize Community Development and Services Agency to hire Jeff Mahurin as an Administrative Technician at salary step 5 (1.20).

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to accept, transfer and administer funds allocated by the California Department of Public Health for the California Strengthening Public Health Initiative in the amount of $650,584. for the term of December 1, 2022, through November 30, 2027, and to further execute any and all related documents, upon review and approval of County Counsel.

Community Development and Services: Approve two (2) agreements with A. Teichert & Sons, Inc., "Construction and Access" and "Construction and Operation" of State Route 20/Kibbe Road Intersection Improvement Project, and authorize chair to sign; waive the public bidding requirement.

Human Resources: Approve amendments to labor agreements with Yuba County Employees' Association (YCEA), Deputy District Attorney Association (DDAA), Deputy Sheriff's Association (DSA), Yuba County Probation Peace Officers Association (YCPOA), Management Supervisory Association (MSA), and all non-represented units, to modify Yuba County's contribution towards health insurance beginning January 1, 2024, and authorize Chair to execute.
