Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Patagonia Health Inc., for additional user licenses, and authorize Chair to execute.

Board of Supervisors: Approve appointment of Debra Reynoso to Yuba County Commission on Aging as a District 5 Representative to a term ending January 4, 2027.

Board of Supervisors: Approve appointment of Ingrid Kollmann to Yuba County Commission on Aging as an At-Large Representative to a term ending July 25, 2026.

Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with Harmony Health to facilitate timely testing and treatment services for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI), for the term of April 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with Marysville Joint Unified School District for Adult High School Diploma and English as a Second Language courses, for California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) Welfare-to-Work participants for the term of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution confirming the report of delinquent solid waste charges and order of assessment to be placed on the property tax roll for fiscal year 2023-24.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Approve meeting minutes of July 11, 2023.

Community Development and Services: Approve renewal of a five-year ground lease agreement with All Weather Inc. at the Yuba County Airport, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Declare surplus items as fully depreciated and authorize Auditor-Controller to remove from Capital Asset Listing pursuant to Ordinance Title 2 Sections 2.50.060.

Administrative Services: Approve release of request for proposals for HVAC air handler unit replacement at the Yuba County Jail.

Information Technology: Adopt resolution to ratify execution of termination of lease agreement of Property Schedule 5 with Presidio Technology Capital, LLC.

Auditor-Controller: Adopt resolution establishing annual appropriations limit for Yuba County for fiscal year 2022-2023.

Community Development and Services: Approve amendment No. 3 to the agreement with Holdrege & Kull Consulting Engineers and Geologists, an NV5 company, extending the contract term date to February 29, 2024, for professional quality assurance services, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Award contract No. 2023-4058 to the apparent low, responsive, and responsible bidder, Lamon Construction Co., Inc., for the Packard Ave Parking Project, and authorize Chair to execute upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Director of Public Works to execute grant agreement with the Federal Highway Administration related to Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) and to execute any and all related documents upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.
