Administrative Services: Declare surplus items as fully depreciated and authorize Auditor-Controller to remove from Capital Asset Listing pursuant to Ordinance Title 2 Sections 2.50.060.

Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No.1 to the agreement with Yuba County Office of Education regarding contract fee increases, adding a provision for a paid work experience program to youth in families receiving CalWORKS benefits during the term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, and authorize the Chair to execute.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Approve meeting minutes of June 27, 2023.

Community Development and Services: Authorize Community Development and Services Director Mike Lee and Airport Manager Jason Kopping to negotiate real property lease and terms pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8. Property: 1430 Melody Road, Olivehurst, CA 95961, to MAHI International.

Community Development and Services: Approve Change Orders Nos. 10-18 for the North Beale Road Complete Streets Phase 2 Project as complete; Authorize Public Works Director to execute Contract Change Orders.

Sheriff-Coroner: Approve Resident Hill Deputies Jarod Kump and Markus Tennigkeit, to receive compensation per section 17.02 of the Deputy Sheriff's Association memorandum of understanding as Resident Hill Deputies with an effective date of July 1, 2023.

County Administrator: Approve employment agreement with Samuel Bunton as Public Works Director, and appoint Samuel Bunton as Yuba County Road Commissioner with an effective date of August 1, 2023, and authorize Chair to execute. (Five minute estimate)
