Health and Human Services: Approve sole source justification request for agreement with The Salvation Army for the provision of interim shelter and bridge housing services to California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) program recipients.

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to enter into agreement with the California Business, Consumer Services and Housing Agency for the Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention (HHAP) Program Round 4 grant funds for the term of July 1, 2022 through October 1, 2027, and to execute any and all required documents, upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with InSync Consulting Services, LLC for interim medical staffing support for the period of July 1, 2023 through July 31, 2024, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No. 1 to agreement with Yuba County Office of Education to enforce the Public Health Workforce Development (WFD) for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, and authorize Chair to execute.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Reappoint Renick House to Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health Advisory Board as an At-Large Representative, with a term ending June 30, 2026.

Probation: Approve agreement with Tyler Technologies for Tyler Enterprise Supervision Software for a term of five years effective July 1, 2023, and authorize Chair to execute.

Auditor/Controller: Approve amendment No. 2 to agreement with Tyler Technologies for post go-live data migration of data to a historical archive database module, and authorize Chair to execute.

County Administrator: Adopt resolution authorizing County Administrator to execute Economic Development and Protocol agreement with Greater Sacramento Area Economic Council (GSEC), and appoint County Administrator or designee to participate on GSEC's Board of Directors.

Sheriff-Coroner: Approve agreement with Permitium, LLC for our Concealed Carry Weapons permit system, and authorize Chair to execute.

Board of Supervisors: Appoint Desiree Hastey to Plumas Lake Specific Plan Design Review Committee as a Resident Representative to a term ending June 27, 2025.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Appoint Peter Hall and Jeremy Damon to District 10/Hallwood Community Services District per Government Code section 1780(h) as Directors, to provide the district with a quorum, with a term to end at the next regularly scheduled election.

Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with Casa De Esperanza for domestic abuse shelter and services for a term of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve letter of support for grant funding from Federal Government's Reconnecting Communities Program for the Linda Community, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve the agreement with Shared Vision Consultants to provide consultant, facilitation, and report writing services for the term of May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024, and authorize Chair to execute.
