Health and Human Services: Approve sole source justification request for a renewal agreement with Northwoods Consulting Partners, Inc., for Traverse software for the term of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025.

Board of Supervisors: Reappoint Terri Lindsey to Plumas Lake Specific Plan Design Review Committee as a Resident Representative to a term ending May 23, 2025.

Board of Supervisors: Approve Child Care Planning Council of Yuba and Sutter Counties Local Planning Council County Priorities Report for general child care and development programs, and authorize Chair to execute.

Probation: Approve renewal agreement with Calaveras County Juvenile Court to provide housing of youth committed to Tri-County Youth Rehabilitation Campus/Maxine Singer Youth Guidance Center when deemed appropriate and to the extent that such excess accommodations exist, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution certifying 2022 Maintained Mileage of the Yuba County Road Network.

Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with Regional Emergency Shelter Team, (REST) to perform care and shelter disaster services from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Accept Riverside Meadows Village 3 TM 2004-0038 as complete, authorize Public Works Director to file a notice of completion, and release maintenance security at the end of the warranty period.

Health and Human Services: Approve sole source justifications for agreements with Children’s Home Society of California for the Emergency Child Care Bridge Program, and California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) Child Care Services, for the term of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2026.

Information Technology: Approve property schedule 11 of the master lease agreement with Presidio Technology Capital, LLC, for firewall network equipment, licenses, and software, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Award contract No. 2023-0002 to the apparent low, responsive, and responsible bidder to Escheman Construction, for the County Service Area Grading Project, and authorize the Chair to execute upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Health and Human Services: Approve sole source agreement with Sutter Yuba Homeless Consortium to contribute Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention (HHAP) Program Round 2 funding towards a regional project to expand permanent housing options from January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve two five-year lease agreements with Richard Clinton, Hangar No. 8, and Jake Hendrix, Hangar No. 10, at the Yuba County Airport, and authorize Chair to execute.
