Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No. 1 to the privacy and security agreement with California Department of Social Services (CDSS) extending the term date to March 1, 2024, or upon execution of a successor agreement, and authorize Chair to execute.

Probation: Adopt resolution ratifying the submission of the application for the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) Mobile Probation Service Centers Grant Program, and authorize Chief Probation Officer to execute any and all related documents, in accordance with the grant terms and conditions.

Board of Supervisors: Reappoint Heather Forest to Plumas Lake Specific Plan Design Review Committee as a Technical Representative to a term ending May 11, 2025.

Health and Human Services: Approve sole source justification request for an agreement with Casa De Esperanza, for Domestic Violence Sheltering and Services, for the term of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025.

Community Development and Services: Approve five-year operator agreement and use permit for Eric Nelson at the Yuba County Airport, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Appoint Community Development and Services Director and Airport Manager as real property negotiators who may negotiate the purchase of APN 013-410-104, APN 013-410-110, APN 013-410-109, and APN 013-410-098 with Jeff Iversen of Crosswind Properties, LLC pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution of support for annexation of Alexander Point Subdivision into County Service Area No. 66 (CSA 66).

County Administrator: Adopt resolution approving continued participation in the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) Public Defense Pilot Program for Year Two funding, and grant authority to County Administrator, or designee to sign subsequent grant applications; Approve amendment No. 2 to public defender contract with Brian J. Davis, and authorize Chair to execute; Approve budget adjustment request form in the amount of $91,505.93.

Community Development and Services/Yuba-Sutter Economic Development Corporation: Adopt resolution approving the 2020 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Annual Performance Report and updates to Appendices I, IV, and V. (5 minute estimate)
