Agricultural Commissioner: Adopt resolution authorizing Agricultural Commissioner to execute specific contracts, agreements, grants, memorandum of understanding, and multi-year agreements for fiscal year 2023/2024, upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Board of Supervisors: Approve appointment of Shelley Chaussee-Nacin to Assessment Appeals Board No. 2 as an Alternate to a term ending September 7, 2026.

Board of Supervisors: Reappoint Melinda Staples to First Five Yuba Commission as a Categorical Representative with a term ending April 27, 2026.

Auditor-Controller: Approve amendment No.1 to agreement with Koa Hills Consulting, LLC extending the termination date to November 30, 2023 and to increase the base contract fee to $148,200.00, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to submit certifications to California Department of Social Services for Community Care Expansion (CCE) Preservation Funds and any other subsequent funds for the term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2029 and to execute any and all required documents, upon review and approval of County Counsel. (Human Services Committee recommends approval)

Community Development and Services: Approve final acquisition of rights of way for the Cedar Lane Safe Routes to School Improvements Project.

Community Development and Services: Authorize hiring Briana Breer for the position of Engineering Tech III at the 1.2 salary index rate to Public Works Department.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Approve meeting minutes of March 28, 2023.

Sheriff-Coroner: Adopt resolution repealing and replacing Resolution 2019-112, authorizing Auditor to compensate Sheriff's Captains at a calculated rate for each hour supplemental law enforcement services are provided outside of their normal working hours.

Sheriff-Coroner: Approve service agreement with Live Nation Worldwide Inc. to provide supplemental law enforcement services at the Toyota Amphitheatre, and authorize Chair to execute.

Auditor-Controller: Approve amendment No.1 to the contract with Tyler Technologies, Inc., moving change management hours to project management hours, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve release of request for proposal for surveillance upgrades for Marysville Joint Unified School District through Yuba County Sheriff's COPS 2020 School Violence Prevention Program grant, and authorize Administrative Services staff to distribute.

Administrative Services: Declare surplus items as fully depreciated and authorize Auditor-Controller to remove from Capital Asset Listing pursuant to Ordinance Title 2 Sections 2.50.060.
