Health and Human Services: Approve Certificates of Compliance for California Department of Veterans Affairs (CDVA) Subvention program, and Medi-Cal Cost Avoidance program, for fiscal year 2022-2023, and authorize Chair to execute.

Sheriff-Coroner: Grant Sheriff additional hiring authority as it pertains to the Deputy Sheriff, Correctional Officer and Public Safety Dispatcher classifications for two (2) years, beginning March 14, 2023.

Community Development and Services: Receive notice of Final Tract Map No. 2021-0001 for Eskinder Taddese,, is ready for recordation.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Approve meeting minutes of February 28, 2023.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Authorize budget adjustment request in the amount of $9,550.00 from account No. 101-0100-411-2900 (Travel) to various line items.

Board of Supervisors: Approve appointment of Teresa Royat to Keystone Cemetery District as a Director to a term ending March 14, 2027.

Administrative Services: Approve amendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with 3QC, Inc., for commissioning authority services for the Tri-County Juvenile Rehabilitation Facility Project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Information Technology: Adopt resolution to ratify purchase of additional equipment from Motorola Solutions for the new public safety radio repeater infrastructure project.

Community Development and Services: Approve agreement with Barrow's Landscaping, Inc. for Roadside Vegetation Control, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Declare surplus items as fully depreciated and authorize Auditor-Controller to remove from Capital Asset Listing pursuant to Ordinance Title 2 Section 2.50.060.

Community Development and Services: Approve amendment No. 2 to agreement with Holdrege & Kull Consulting Engineers and Geologists (an NV5 company) for professional quality assurance services, and authorize Chair to execute.
