Clerk Recorder/Elections: Adopt resolution appointing members in lieu of the November 8, 2022 Statewide General Election.

Board of Supervisors: Appoint Stephen Scott Deen to Keystone Cemetery District as Director to a term ending December 6, 2023.

The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than three minutes. Prior to this time speakers are requested to fill out a “Request to Speak” card and submit it to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. COUNTY DEPARTMENTS

Human Resources: Approve memorandum of understanding with Deputy Sheriffs' Association (DSA), and authorize Chair to execute; and adopt resolution amending Classification System-Basic Salary/Hourly and Extra-Help Hourly Schedule effective October 1, 2022. (Five minute estimate).

County Administrator: Approve amendment No. 1 to County Counsels' employment agreement, and authorize Chair to execute. (Five minutes estimate).

Administrative Services: Adopt resolution to support Operation Green Light during the week of November 7th, through Veteran's Day November 13th, 2022. (Five minute estimate)

Community Development and Services: Ordinance - Hold public hearing, waive first reading, and introduce Ordinance amending certain sections of Chapter 10.05, Building Standards and Construction Codes, of the Yuba County Ordinance Code. (30 minute estimate) (Roll Call Vote)
