Board of Supervisors: Reappoint Pamela Cook to Keystone Cemetery District as a Director to a term ending October 11, 2026.

Probation Department: Approve agreements with Marysville Joint Unified School District (MJUSD) for Marysville and Lindhurst High Schools Probation and Schools Success Program (PASS), and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve five-year lease agreement with Stephen Bailey for Hangar No. 15 at Yuba County Airport, and authorize Chair to execute.

Board of Supervisors: Adopt resolution proclaiming continued local emergency regarding proliferation of illegal cannabis cultivation.

Clerk of the Board: Approve and ratify appointments of Theodore Sapp and Randy Rizzo, Sr. to Camptonville Community Services District as Directors to four year terms.

County Administrator: Adopt resolution re-authorizing the legislative bodies of Yuba County the ability to meet remotely via teleconference through November 11, 2022 or such time the Board adopts a subsequent resolution.

Community Development and Services: Approve memorandum of understanding with Caltrans for the Browns Valley Rehabilitation Project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Approve meeting minutes of September 27, 2022.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Reappoint Denice Burbach and Kimberly Butcher to Child Care Planning Council of Yuba and Sutter Counties as Public Agency Representative and Discretionary Representative, respectively, with terms ending September 30, 2025.

Clerk of the Board: Appoint Joe Valentine to Smartsville Cemetery District as a Director to a term ending December 31, 2022.

Sheriff-Coroner: Approve agreement with Codex Corporation d/b/a Guardian RFID and Yuba County Sheriff's Department, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve amendment No. 1 to agreement with Pride Asset Protection for additional on-call services, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Accept Draper Ranch North Phase 2 (TM 2006-0030) as complete, release performance security deposit, and authorize Public Works Director to file notice of completion.

Administrative Services: Approve release of request for proposals for Tri-County Juvenile Rehabilitation Facility furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and authorize Administrative Services to distribute.

Administrative Services: Approve release of request for proposals to procure and install a full body scanner at the Yuba County Jail, and authorize Administrative Services to distribute.

Administrative Services: Approve release of request for qualifications for architectural services for designing a ceiling at the Government Center, and authorize Administrative Services to distribute.

County Administrator: Approve budget adjustment in the total amount of $152,000.00 to Acct. No. 101-0101-411.23-10 (Professional Services) directly related to Measure K sales tax consultant services, and authorize County Administrator to pay HdL Companies under a preapproved County contract.

Community Development and Services: Accept Airport Taxiway project, contract No. 9500-TAXI, release performance and security bonds and authorize Airport Manager to sign and record notice of completion.

Community Development and Services: Approve amendment No. 3 to the agreement with Salaber Associates, Inc. for professional construction inspection services, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve amendment No. 2 with Gallaway Enterprises, Inc. for professional environmental services for Waldo Bridge Project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Ratify and approve letters of support for Pacific West Communities, Inc., Infill Infrastructure Grant Program Applications for Phase I and Phase II of River Oaks Family Apartments.
