Board of Supervisors: Reappoint Patricia Agles to Wheatland Cemetery District as Director with a term ending July 22, 2026.

Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Hands of Hope for the provision of assisting clients with Coordinated Entry services, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No. 1 to the agreement with The Salvation Army for the provision of temporary shelter or bridge housing services to families who are eligible to California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) program, and authorize Chair to execute.

County Administrator: Adopt resolution re-authorizing the legislative bodies of Yuba County the ability to meet remotely via teleconference through August 12, 2022 or such time the Board adopts a subsequent resolution.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution declaring drainage strips as “exempt surplus land”, authorizing Community Development and Services Director to complete disposition of strips adjacent Yuba Heritage Subdivision, and to execute any and all documents needed to convey property to developer upon review and approval of County Counsel.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing execution of two Deed Restrictions at Plumas Lake and Sycamore Ranch, related to the Prop 68 Per Capita Grant for park projects, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve final acquisition of right of way easements for the Spring Valley Road Bridge Replacement project, delegating authority to purchasing agent or designee to acquire real properties, APN 005-390-012, 005-390-028, 005-390-034, and 005-390-048 for a total amount of $9,400., upon review and approval of County Counsel.

County Administrator: Approve amendment No. 3 to the agreement with Yuba Water Agency for a twelve-month cash flow loan in the amount of $14,403,339 to pre-pay the County's annual unfunded liability portion of CalPERS payment for FY 2022-2023, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve memorandum of understanding with Judicial Counsel of California regarding the 2nd and 3rd floor remodel project at the Yuba County Courthouse, and authorize Chair to execute.

Human Resources: Consider application of benefits from YCPPOA memorandum of understanding to Non-Represented Safety Management employees within the Probation Department.
