To remain in compliance with the state’s public health guidance and CalOSHA COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Regulations [8 CCR §3205], masks will be encouraged to be worn by individuals who are not fully vaccinated while inside the Government Center and while in the Board Chambers.

Treasurer-Tax Collector: Approve transfer of unclaimed monies totaling $9,382.63 to the General Fund as per Government Code Section 50050 et seq.

Board of Supervisors: Adopt resolution continuing a local emergency regarding the proliferation of illegal cannabis cultivation.

Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with Yuba County Office of Education for the provision of assessment and employment services, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No.1 to the memorandum of understanding with Sutter County Department of Health and Human Services, to provide oversight of a qualified provider of regional Family Urgent Response System (FURS) services, and authorize Chair to execute.

Beale Road/Lindhurst Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, including execution of purchase contract, and any and all necessary documents upon review and approval of County Counsel.
