Sheriff-Coroner: Adopt resolution authorizing the hire of a retired annuitant at index rate of 1.30 for Evidence Technician position with exception to the 180 day wait period pursuant to Government Code 7522.56 and 21224.

Probation: Approve amendment No. 1 to the amended and restated joint exercise of powers agreement for the establishment of Bi-County and Tri-County Regional Juvenile Rehabilitation Facilities by and among the County of Yuba, County of Sutter, and County of Colusa, and authorize Chair to execute.
