Probation: Approve memorandum of understanding with Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health for the provision of a Qualified Individual (QI) to provide behavioral health assessments for children and youth in foster care for the term of October 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024, and authorize Chair to execute.

Sheriff-Coroner: Adopt resolution authorizing the hire of a retired annuitant at index rate of 1.30 for Evidence Technician position with exception to the 180 day wait period pursuant to Government Code 7522.56 and 21224.

Probation: Approve amendment No. 1 to the amended and restated joint exercise of powers agreement for the establishment of Bi-County and Tri-County Regional Juvenile Rehabilitation Facilities by and among the County of Yuba, County of Sutter, and County of Colusa, and authorize Chair to execute.

Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: Authorize budget transfer from account No. 101-1701-411-0202 (Salaries) in the amount of $2388.00 to account No. 101-1701-411-2700 (Minor equipment) for hardware and installation to the AV Interface System for audio and visual broadcast of Board Meetings.

Probation: Adopt resolution establishing a Ward Welfare Revolving Cash Fund not to exceed five-hundred dollars for the benefit, education and welfare of wards and detainees confined within the juvenile hall or other county juvenile facilities.

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to apply to California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Program for Fiscal Year 2022-2027.

Board of Supervisors: Approve and ratify appointment of Denisse Burbank to Yuba County Community Services Commission as a low-income sector representative to a four year term.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution approving the proposed list of projects funded by the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account Portion of Senate Bill 1 (SB1) for fiscal year 2022-23.

Community Development and Services: Approve plans, specifications and estimate, and authorize advertisement for bid for Hammonton-Smartsville Road at Doolittle Drive Intersection Project.

Health and Human Services: Approve authorization letter to Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC (COMCAST) to access County-owned property located at 938 14th Street, Marysville, CA 95901, 14 Forward Shelter for installation, operation, and maintenance of COMCAST's cable and other equipment as needed, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve Public Interest Finding (PIF) and award contract to Viking Construction Company, for Iowa City Road Bridge Replacement Project, and authorize Chair to execute upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Community Development and Services: Award Contract No. 2022-9206 2022 Overlay Project to Lamon Construction the apparent low, responsive and responsible bidder and authorize Chair to execute upon review and approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolutions declaring intent to sell APN 014-400-043 and portions of APN 014-300-080 and 014-300-081, and authorize Community Development and Services Director to issue notice of availability of surplus land.

Community Development and Services: Consider rejecting all bids for Contract No. 2022-1401 County Service Area Surface Reinstatement Project due to lack of available funding for County Service Area 14.

Community Development and Services: Authorize Auditor to disburse $1,282,744.47 in Measure D funds, less administrative fees, from Fund 807 to County Road Fund, City of Marysville and City of Wheatland using previously determined formulas.

Administrative Services: Approve amendment No. 4 to the sub-lease agreement with Peach Tree Healthcare, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Administrative Services to dispose of unaccepted bids for architectural services for the Yuba County Sheriff Facility Tenant Improvement Project.

County Administrator: Approve contract with Carl R. Lindmark Public Defender for Juvenile 602 Services, and authorize Chair to execute.

Probation: Approve amended Yuba County Children's Wellness and Child Abuse Prevention Council Bylaws, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Authorize budget transfer of funds from account number 100-5200-451-2300 (Professional Services) to account number 100-5200-451-6330 (IT Hardware) for the purchase of two (2) surveillance cameras.

Community Development and Services: Approve agreements for professional services with CSG Consultants, BPR Consulting Group and Bureau Veritas to provide Community Development Supplemental Services, primarily Building Department services, and authorize Chair to execute.
