To remain in compliance with the state’s public health guidance and CalOSHA COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Regulations [8 CCR §3205], masks will be encouraged to be worn by individuals who are not fully vaccinated while inside the Government Center and while in the Board Chambers.

The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than three minutes. Prior to this time speakers are requested to fill out a “Request to Speak” card and submit it to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. County Administrator: Receive information on applicants to the Measure K Citizens' Oversight Committee and take action as appropriate on an appointment for the one vacancy on the Committee (Five minute estimate)

Human Resources: Approve amendment to Master Labor Agreement between the County of Yuba and Yuba County Employees' Association (YCEA). (Five minute estimate)

Human Resources: Approve amendment to Memorandum of Understanding between County of Yuba and Deputy District Attorneys' Association (DDAA). (Five minute estimate)
