To remain in compliance with the state’s public health guidance and CalOSHA COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Regulations [8 CCR §3205], masks will be encouraged to be worn by individuals who are not fully vaccinated while inside the Government Center and while in the Board Chambers.

Pursuant to Government Code section 54953, local legislative bodies may hold public meetings via teleconference. County Administrator: Adopt resolution re-authorizing the legislative bodies of Yuba County the ability to meet remotely via teleconference through April 8, 2022 or such time the Board adopts a subsequent resolution.

Community Development and Services: Authorize Public Works to hire at 1.3 index rate for the position of Public Works Superintendent – Fleets and Facilities.

Human Resources: Adopt resolution amending Classification System - Basic Salary/Hourly Schedule; and adopt resolution amending the Department Position Allocation Schedule as they relate to FY 21/22 mid-year budget, effective March 1, 2022.

Health and Human Services: Approve and authorize to award contract to Youth for Change for differential response services under the Child Abuse Prevention, Intervention and Treatment (CAPIT), Community Based Child Abuse Prevention Programs (CBCAP), and the County Children’s Trust Fund (CCTF), and authorize Chair to execute upon review and approval of County Counsel.

Health and Human Services: Approve Memorandum of Understanding with Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health for the provision of providing a Qualified Individual (QI) to provide behavioral health assessments for children and youth in foster care for the term of October 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024; and authorize Chair to execute.

Sheriff-Coroner: Ratify purchase of one Ford F150 in the total amount of $45,800 and authorize budget transfers from 108-2700-372-99-03 Operating Transfers Out to 151-9400-372-99-01 Operating Transfers In in the total amount of $45,800 for the purchase of the vehicle.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing County Surveyor to process a lot line adjustment between APN 014-300-080, 014-300-081, and 014-300-082 in conjunction with Olivehurst Public Utility District and Reclamation District 784 to optimize parcel configurations.

Community Development Services: Approve application for a floodplain development variance at 894 Noble Road, APN 006-350-021-000 to construct an agriculture building.

Administrative Services: Approve contract with C&S Engineers, Inc. to design and inspect Yuba County Airport Taxiway Project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Clerk-Recorder/Elections: Approve contract amendment No. 1 with Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. for the Central Scanning Hardware, annual Firmware License and Warranty, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve professional services agreement with Mead & Hunt, Inc. for Airport Engineer/Consulting Services at the Yuba County Airport, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Appoint Mike Lee, Community Development and Services Director and Jason Kopping, Airport Manager as real property negotiators who may negotiate the lease of 2.5 acres within APN 013-410-112-000 with DKOTA Investments pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8.
