Human Resources: Adopt resolution amending Classification System - Basic Salary/Hourly Schedule; and adopt resolution amending the Department Position Allocation Schedule as they relate to FY 21/22 mid-year budget, effective March 1, 2022.

Health and Human Services: Approve Memorandum of Understanding with Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health for the provision of providing a Qualified Individual (QI) to provide behavioral health assessments for children and youth in foster care for the term of October 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024; and authorize Chair to execute.

Sheriff-Coroner: Ratify purchase of one Ford F150 in the total amount of $45,800 and authorize budget transfers from 108-2700-372-99-03 Operating Transfers Out to 151-9400-372-99-01 Operating Transfers In in the total amount of $45,800 for the purchase of the vehicle.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing County Surveyor to process a lot line adjustment between APN 014-300-080, 014-300-081, and 014-300-082 in conjunction with Olivehurst Public Utility District and Reclamation District 784 to optimize parcel configurations.
