Health and Human Services: Adopt Resolution authorizing the Director to apply to the California Department of Housing and Community Development for the Transitional Housing Program (THP) Round 3 allocation for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024; to execute documents required by the application, the resultant allocation, and all documents related to the THP; and to accept, transfer and allocate all THP funds.
