Health and Human Services: Approve amendment No. 1 to the Hands of Hope agreement for Professional Services for the term of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022, and authorize Chair to execute.

Board of Supervisors: Appoint Tom Inderbitzen, Giuseppe Rioni, and Steve Staas to Brophy Water District to a four year term in lieu of election pursuant to Elections Code §10515(a)(3).

Board of Supervisors: Appoint Charles Engs and John Edmonston to Ramirez Water District to a four year term in lieu of election pursuant to Elections Code §10515(a)(3).

Health and Human Services: Declare items as surplus property and authorize disposal pursuant to Ordinance Code Section 2.50.060, and direct Auditor-Controller to remove surplus equipment from Capital Asset listing upon receipt of disposal from Purchasing Agent.

Sheriff-Coroner: Ratify the purchase and installment of specialized equipment to convert two Sheriff's Department vehicles to K-9 vehicles.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing the head of each county department to defer, reduce, and/or waive fees established by Ordinance Code Title XIII that would otherwise be chargeable to survivors of the Glen Fire, and subsequent forest fires proclaimed a local emergency, that are directly related to the survivors' recovery from the fires.
