0223-05 Clerk of the Board: Approve reappointment of Mr. Joshua L. Nelson as Director on the Brownsville Cemetery District with a term ending date of February 26, 2025.
0223-07 Community Development and Services: Approve Plans, Specifications and Estimate and authorization for advertisement of bids for North Beale Road Complete Streets Phase 2 project.
Human Resources: Adopt resolution to amend Classification System - Basic Salary / Hourly Schedule as it relates to the County Administrator's Office, effective February 1, 2021; authorize County Administrator to hire an Assistant County Administrator up to 1.30 index rate.
0223-01 Community Development and Services: Declare Assessor's parcel Number 016-350-024 as "exempt surplus land" with intention of selling portions to adjacent landowner for fair market value and deeding other portions to Olivehurst Public Utility District and Wheatland High School District as other adjacent landowners.
0223-011 Community Development and Services: Authorize Community Development and Services Director and Public Works Director to negotiate real property pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 Property: (APN 016-350-024) (No Background )
0223-12 Board of Supervisors: Approve letter of Support regarding Camptonville Forest Biomass Business Center Loan Request.

The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than three minutes. 0223-06 County Administrator: Receive 2nd Quarter Financial Report; Approve proposed Mid-Year Budget Transfers in the amount of $2,486,492; Approve proposed Mid-Year Personnel Requests; Approve proposed Mid-Year Capital Asset Requests; and Approve proposed Mid-Year Contingency Requests in the amount of $82,651. 0223-02 Community Development and Services: Receive presentation from Group4 Architecture regarding the Yuba County Library internal redesign project and provide direction to staff. (15 minute estimate)
0223-08 Community Development and Services: Direct staff to initiate the Proposition 218 process to consider an adjustment to the assessment for County Service Area (CSA) No. 72 and set a public hearing date of April 27, 2021 to consider the adjustments and tabulate ballots. (Five minute estimate)
0223-10 Administrative Services: Approve agreement with Board of State and Community Corrections for the Medical and Mental Health Facility Project, and authorize Chair to execute. (Five minute estimate)
