Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution approving the 2018 Integrated Regional Water Management Plan Update.

Community Development and Services: Approve Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Program for Public Information, a component of the Community Rating System and the County’s Floodplain Management Efforts.

Community Development and Services: Approve Contract Change Order No. 1, accept Contract No. 239/2019 2017 Storm Damage Repair of Slipout East of New Bullards Bar Reservoir Project as complete; authorize Public Works Director to execute Contract Change Order; sign and record Notice of Completion.

Board of Supervisors: Reappoint Raymond G. Bradley to Peoria Cemetery District with a term ending date of November 1, 2024.

County Administrator: Approve rental agreement with Marysville Youth and Community Center (MyCC) for use of the MyCC building as an OptumServe testing site, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve Contract Change Order No. 1, accept Contract No. 2020-8106, Intersection Improvements Hammonton-Smartsville Road at Hammonton Road Project as complete; authorize Public Works Director to execute Contract Change Order, and sign and record Notice of Completion.

Administrative Services: Approve professional services agreement with ACCO Engineered Systems for replacement of the secondary chiller at the Yuba County Courthouse, and authorize Chair to execute.

Administrative Services: Approve amendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with Esplanade Office for additional services, and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution supporting Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) region, Green Means Go Program.

Any person may speak about any subject of concern, provided it is within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors and is not already on today’s agenda. The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than three minutes. Prior to this time speakers are requested to fill out a “Request to Speak” card and submit it to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Note: No Board action can be taken on comments made under this heading.

County Administrator: Receive update on Yuba County's implementation of the Coronavirus Aid, Recovery, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) funds and approve use of additional allocations from the State. (Ten minute estimate)

Community Development and Services: Approve recommendation to penalize Central Striping Service, Inc. for subcontractor violation. (Five minute estimate)

Information Technology: Approve contract to purchase consulting services from Planet Technologies to support telework by enabling effective management of remote computers and secure configuration and usage of Microsoft Office365 cloud services, and authorize Chair to execute. (Five minute estimate)

Information Technology: Approve purchase of Cisco Meraki wireless infrastructure for WiFi services for all major county facilities, and authorize Chair to execute any and all documents required upon review and approval of County Counsel. (Five minute estimate)
