Community Development and Services: Receive Notice of Final Tract Map No. 2005-0044, Belza, is ready for recordation.

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to enter into Agreement with California Department of Social Services for the Resource Family Approval Program.

Health and Human Services: Approve memorandum of understanding with Yuba County Office of Education for Educational Support for Dependent Youth, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to apply for, accept, transfer and allocate California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Sexually Transmitted Diseases Grant funds, and to execute any and all documents related to this grant funding.

Sheriff-Coroner: Adopt resolution authorizing Yuba County Sheriff to execute and submit any and all documents to the US Department of Justice, Community Oriented Policing Services for grant funding.

Sheriff-Coroner: Approve agreement with PropertyRoom. com, Inc. to utilize web-based auction services for Sheriff's forfeited property, and authorize Chair to execute.

Clerk Recorder/Elections: Adopt resolution appointing members in lieu of the November 3, 2020 General Election.

Health and Human Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Health and Human Services Director to apply to California Department of Social Services for the Housing and Disability Income Advocacy Program (HDAP), to execute, accept, transfer, allocate all funds upon review and approval of County Counsel from July 1, 2019 through July 30, 2023.

Sheriff-Coroner: Approve contract with Motorola Solutions for the upgrade of the dispatch radio consoles at the Sheriff's Department Communication Center, and authorize Chair to execute.

Human Resources: Adopt resolution to amend Classification System-Basic Salary/Hourly Schedule as to Senior Deputy District Attorney; and adopt resolution to amend Department Position Allocation Schedule as it relates to the District Attorney's Office, effective October 1, 2020.

Community Development and Services: Receive Notice of Final Tract Map No. 2003-0015, River Oaks South Village 1, is ready for recordation.

Information Technology: Approve contract and purchase orders to Alpha Omega Wireless, Inc. for Microwave Network Infrastructure Hardware for redundant network connectivity, and authorize Chair to execute.

Health and Human Services: Approve agreement with Yuba County Office of Education for employment services and assessments for California Work Opportunity and Responsibility for Kids (CalWORKs), and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Approve professional services agreement with PlaceWorks in the amount of $193,637 for the 2021 General Plan Housing, Safety and Environmental Justice Element Updates and Zoning Ordinance Consistency Project, and authorize Chair to execute.

Any person may speak about any subject of concern, provided it is within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors and is not already on today’s agenda. The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than three minutes. Prior to this time speakers are requested to fill out a “Request to Speak” card and submit it to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Note: No Board action can be taken on comments made under this heading.

Board of Supervisors: Recommend nomination of representative and alternate to California State Association of Counties Board of Directors for 2021. (Five minute estimate)

Sheriff-Coroner: Authorize budget transfer from 108-2900-372-99-01 Operating Transfer, to 108-2900-423-28-00 Special Department Expense and 108-2900-423-63-20 Furniture & Fixtures in the total amount of $90,243 for the purchase of two industrial grade washing machines, two industrial grade clothes dryers and one correctional grade vacuum-sealing machine and sealing bags for use in the Yuba County Jail with CARES Act Grant funds. (Five minute estimate)

County Administrator: Adopt resolution authorizing County department heads to defer, alter, and/or waive fees established by Yuba County Ordinance Code Title XIII, as appropriate for victims of the Willow Fire. (Five minute estimate)

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Community Development and Services Director to purchase, sign and execute agreement with Tyler Technologies Software. (Roll Call Vote) (Ten minute estimate)
