Board of Supervisors: Approve reappointments of Mr. Kuldip S. Atwal as a Representative and Ms. Mimi Mathews as an Alternate to the Assessment Appeals Board No. 2 with terms respectively ending September 4, 2023.
Office of Emergency Services: Adopt resolution for California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (Cal Fire) Consolidated Dispatch Contract for three year term fiscal year 2020-2023, and authorize Chair to execute. (Ten minute estimate)
Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Public Works Director to Execute a Grant agreement for the Updated Traffic Counts and Future Travel Demand Models project.
Human Resources: Approve amendment to Memorandum of Understanding with Yuba County Probation Peace Officers' Association (YCPPOA) to correct administrative error related to Officer In Charge Pay effective September 1, 2020 and authorize Chair to execute.
County Counsel: Approve and ratify Vice Chair's signature on Letter of Opposition to AB6 Attorney General - Duties.
Clerk of the Board: Approve meeting minutes of August 25, 2020.
County Administrator: Board approve and ratify signature of Chair on letter of support for Recology’s grant application.
10:00 A.M. - County Administrator: Hold public hearing and receive presentation from the County Administrator on the Final Budget for FY 2020-2021; Approve FY 2020-2021 Final Budget in the amount of $244,748,123 including position allocation changes and supplemental requests; Approve FY 2020-2021 Allocation by Budget Unit; Approve Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Allocation for Reserves; and approve Budget Transfer of $300,000 to the PERS 115 Trust Contribution. (Roll Call Vote) (30 minute estimate)
Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution committing to an agreement with Regional Housing Authority to provide a deferral of fees to the River Oaks 48-Unit Family Housing Project in the amount of $461,739.95 and authorizing any future letters of support for the project. (Five minute estimate)
County Counsel: Authorize the following actions to be effective in thirty (30) days: (1) Vote to increase the number of At Large members on the Historic Resources Commission by 1 for a total of 4 At Large members; and (2) Appoint Christopher Pedigo and David Read as At Large members for terms ending date of October 9, 2024.
