Human Services Committee: Consider resolution authorizing the Director to apply to the California Department of Social Services for the Bringing Families Home (BFH) Program for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022; and further authorize the Director to execute all documents as required by the application and the resultant allocation for the stated period; to execute agreements, memorandums of understanding or amendments developed under this program; and to accept, transfer and allocate Program funds.
