The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than three minutes. Authorize the Treasurer Tax Collector to execute all necessary documents to establish and maintain the Trust; and 4. Authorize the Auditor-Controller to transfer $200,000 in funds from the Pension UAL Trust fund within the County Treasury into the Section 115 Trust on or before June 30, 2019 with the approval of the Treasurer Tax Collector.
