Board of Supervisors: Appoint Ernest Karl Sakamoto to Yuba County Commission on Aging as a District Two Representative with a term ending December 31, 2020.
Board of Supervisors: Appoint Kimberly Knight to Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health Advisory Board as a Family Representative with a term ending June 30, 2020.
Board of Supervisors: Reappoint Jared Hastey to Law Library Board of Trustees as an At-Large Representative with a term ending January 27, 2020.
Emergency Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Director of Emergency Services or Emergency Services Manager to apply for and execute the American Kennel Club Reunite Trailer Grant.
Clerk Recorder-Elections: Adopt resolution authorizing the Yuba County Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voter to enter into an agreement with California Secretary of State for cyber security and infrastructure improvements related to VoteCal.
Board of Supervisors: Approve 2019 Board of Supervisors Standing Committee appointments as recommended by Chair.
Board of Supervisors: Reappoint Albert DelBono to Brownsville Cemetery District as a Director with a term ending February 10, 2023.
Community Development and Services: Approve Contract Change Order No. 1, accept Gold Village Drought Resiliency Project as complete, and authorize Public Works Director to sign and record Notice of Completion.
Elections: Adopt resolution authorizing the Yuba County Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters to enter into an agreement with the California Secretary of State for "Voting System Replacement Contract 2018".
Human Resources: Approve agreement between County of Yuba and Non-Represented Miscellaneous employees to pay an additional portion of employer's share of CalPERS pension costs and authorize Chair to execute.

Community Development and Services: Adopt resolution authorizing Public Works Director to complete the purchase of the eastern 5.0 acres of APN 019-292-005 for Goldfields Parkway project, including any and all necessary documents upon review of County Counsel. (Five minute estimate)
Community Development and Services: Initiate Proposition 218 process and set date for public hearing to consider assessment increase for County Service Area 14. (Five minute estimate)
Community Development and Services: Approve Contract Change Order No. 2 for the Intersection Improvements at Olivehurst Ave and Powerline Road, and authorize Public Works Director to execute the Change Order. (Five minute estimate)
Community Development and Services: Approve Contract Change Order No. 3, accept Contract No. 2018-2236 Feather River Boulevard Curve Correction as complete; authorize Public Works Director to execute Contract Change Order, and sign and record Notice of Completion. (Five minute estimate)
